In 2019 I started documenting my work though out the years by selecting 1 piece for each month. I went all the back to when I was 9 up to present day.
It was incredible eye opening as it can be difficult to see your own progress. For so long I thought I wasn’t progressing and my best years were behind me. If you haven’t tracked your progress before I would encourage you to try it out, even if you are scared to. And it’s perfectly fine if you have a year full of unfinished work and sketches, god knows I had years like that.
So, 2020 I want to make more comics, practice drawing nature and environments more, and try coloring with more vibrant, experimental colors.
