Fairies

I didn’t realize I draw fairies so much until I looked back at my archive.

Kisara Color Study

I couldn’t decide which color study I like the most so you get all of them.

I was practicing a different way to color, but this one turned out good so I decided to share it. I feel like I fell into my default coloring comics/anime style, but learning is trying.

I’m trying a new schedule of uploading each Monday. Enjoy Sketches September!

2022 Summary of Art

Here’s my yearly recap for 2022. I felt I hadn’t created much art in 2022, but looking back I’m impressed with what I did produce.

How to Open the Gates of Hell – Revisions

For the 1st “Cthulhu is Hard to Spell” anthology I originally worked on a comic called “How to Open the Gates of Hell”. It was unfortunately not Lovecraftian-themed, so with some edits, it was changed to “How to Summon the Dark Lord Hastur”.

The comic was accepted, but there was a whole comic that never saw the light of day. That changed this year and “How to Open the Gates of Hell” will be published in a different anthology. (more information to come) I adjusted the colors, so it would print better, and reformatted the pages, so it was more consistent.

Here is a little sneak peek into the revisions I made with some before and after shots.

Book Arrival – Cthulhu is Hard to Spell: Battle Royale

If you helped with the Kickstarter for the 3rd installment of “Cthulhu is Hard to Spell” than hopefully you’ve gotten the book in the mail. This is the best my comic has ever printed!.

I have a comic in all 3 installments, and I love looking at all three books knowing that. Also, now I have an awesome collection of pins and stickers from the anthology
