The 3rd installment of “Cthulhu Is Hard To Spell” anthology kickstarter had begun. This book’s theme is Battle Royale, where gods are battling other gods. My 8 page comic is in the anthology.

This is a comic panel from the “Cthulhu is hard to Spell” 3rd anthology (dates of the Kickstarter tbd). I really loved how this panel turned out, especially since it was one of the last pages I inked.

I’m trying to paint/draw more environments in 2022. This was a speed painting I did over the weekend.
I made a card for my mother’s birthday. I hope she had a wonderful day, and wanted to bring her a little bit of early spring.
It’s the first time I’ve worked with traditional mediums in years. I very pleased with it turned out, because there were so many moments I almost messed up the card.
I like to track the art I’ve made through out the year. It really helps me put into perspective what I’ve created. 2021 was a slow year that seems to have slipped by without me noticing.
A lot of my months were spend on creating the last comic installment for the CIHTS anthologies. I’m proud of what I created in 2021 and look forward to expanding my art more in 2022.
I’ve never have recorded myself draw. It made me kinda anxious, but I would like to try it again. I was feeling inspired by the new Matrix film coming out and remembered how much I love and miss that green filter.
Here’s another process video. These panels went through some big changes, which you can see in the beginning of the video. After some edits requested from my editor I changed the page, along with other ones.
I find sometimes when you are forced to make a change that can lead to more dynamic imagery, which I find is the case for these panels.
